Brock Lesnar Returns to Raw

Brock Lesnar returned on Raw last night and immediately attacked Oba Femi, wrecking him with four straight F-5s after Femi came out for his open challenge. WWE’s recap also says the show later revealed Lesnar has challenged Oba Femi to a match at Clash in Italy.

Lesnar’s return was presented as a surprise after his apparent retirement at WrestleMania 42, where he had left his gloves and boots in the ring. When he showed up on Raw, he blindsided Oba Femi from behind and left him lying before walking off.

This looks like the start of a major rematch program between Lesnar and Femi, with WWE positioning it as a big summer-level fight. The angle also instantly reestablished Lesnar as a top-level threat rather than a slow build comeback.
