Becky Lynch is currently listed internally as a babyface on Raw, according to a PWInsider report cited by WrestleZone on September 25. The report describes a change in how WWE classifies her after a stretch in which her character direction had been unclear. The listing was reported after Lynch's part in a Women's World Championship change involving Liv Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer.
WrestleZone wrote that Lynch returned to WWE in 2025 and initially turned heel after betraying Lyra Valkyria following WrestleMania 41. After SummerSlam 2026, it said, her direction became ambiguous.
The reported reclassification came after Lynch's involvement in the feud between Liv Morgan and Stephanie Vaquer. WrestleZone said Lynch served as special guest referee at a WWE live event in Chile for Morgan's title defense against Vaquer.
In that match, WrestleZone wrote, "When Morgan appeared to have won the match, Lynch refused to make the three-count. Vaquer then took advantage and won the championship." The result meant Vaquer took the Women's World Championship from Morgan.
WrestleZone noted that Lynch remains an outspoken trash-talker who likes to get under her opponents' skin, and that her actions have increasingly depended on who she is facing. Her reception, it said, will depend on which competitors she targets going forward.
It is not yet known whether the classification is permanent, or how WWE plans to present Lynch on Raw going forward. The timing of the reported change is also not clear.
As of the September 25 report, PWInsider has Lynch listed as a babyface on Raw, after a post-SummerSlam stretch in which her direction was unclear.
