WWE has released the official poster for Crown Jewel, and it features Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Randy Orton and Penta, but not Roman Reigns or Sami Zayn. WrestlingHeadlines and PWMania both reported on the artwork, which promotes the show on Saturday, November 7.
According to WrestlingHeadlines, the poster shows Cody Rhodes prominently in the center, with Orton and Penta pictured on one side and Punk on the other. Reigns and Zayn, both named in the coverage as potential competitors on the show, do not appear.
Crown Jewel returns to Saudi Arabia. WrestlingHeadlines listed the venue as Riyadh Season Stadium at the King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, and PWMania described the event as the eighth installment of WWE's Crown Jewel series.
No matches have officially been announced for the show, PWMania noted. WrestlingHeadlines identified Reigns as World Heavyweight Champion and Zayn as Undisputed WWE Champion, and, based on WWE's recent format, suggested Reigns against Zayn on the men's side and Women's Champion Chelsea Green against Women's World Champion Stephanie Vaquer. Those pairings are the outlets' projections, not announcements from WWE.
A poster is promotional artwork, not a match card. It does not say who will defend or win either world title, and whether Reigns and Zayn will be on the show in some capacity has not been announced. WrestlingHeadlines said additional details on the event are expected soon.
For now, the poster confirms the date, the venue and four featured names, and says nothing about the title picture or the rest of the card.
