NXT wrestler Shiloh Hill says Orlando police contacted WWE to ask whether his viral TikTok series "Shoeman" was a company storyline. Hill made the comments on Busted Open After Dark on SiriusXM, and Fightful reported them on October 3.

Hill created Shoeman in 2025. In the series he claimed to order shoes with blood on them from the dark web and then test the stains. Hill said the series took off quickly: "within the first three months, I believe it did 500 million views."

Fightful reported that the Orlando police department received hundreds of calls a day from worried viewers. Hill described the chain of events this way: viewers "were calling the Orlando police just to make sure the Orlando police were aware, and then they were contacting WWE to make sure that I was OK."

Ringside News wrote that WWE had no idea what the police were referring to. Fightful added that WWE initially had no knowledge of the series, which was Hill's own project and not a WWE production.

The attention also had a personal cost, Hill said. "I got doxxed and my 'real address' got leaked onto the dark web and I had to move," he said, according to the quotes reported.

Hill's account of the police contact and the address leak comes from his own telling on the SiriusXM show, and no police statement has been cited.

As of October 4, Hill remains on the NXT roster, and the Shoeman series is the source of the attention he described.
