WWE is advertising Roman Reigns as World Heavyweight Champion for the October 19 episode of Raw in San Diego. The company posted the announcement on X on Tuesday, October 6, four days before Reigns is scheduled to defend the title against LA Knight at Money in the Bank.

"Just announced! World Heavyweight Champion @WWERomanReigns will be live at #WWERaw in San Diego!" WWE wrote in the post, as reported by Wrestling Inc.

Fightful reported that the October 19 show takes place at Pechanga Arena. Money in the Bank is set for Saturday, October 10, at the Smoothie King Center in New Orleans, according to POST Wrestling, with Reigns defending against Knight. The Raw appearance falls nine days after that title match.

POST Wrestling reported Wednesday that WWE also posted a schedule graphic showing where Reigns will appear through November, again listing him as World Heavyweight Champion Roman Reigns. After the San Diego Raw, the graphic lists a Raw and SmackDown taping at Barclays Center in Brooklyn on November 2 and Crown Jewel in Riyadh on November 7. It also lists Raw in Greenville, South Carolina, on November 9, a Raw and SmackDown taping in Wichita, Kansas, on November 23, Survivor Series: WarGames in Houston on November 28, and Raw in North Little Rock, Arkansas, on November 30.

Wrestling Inc noted that some fans read the billing as a sign of the Money in the Bank result, while other commenters disputed that reading. WWE has not announced the outcome of the title match, which has not yet taken place.

As of Wednesday, Reigns is billed as champion for every date on WWE's schedule through November, and his defense against Knight is set for October 10.
