The 2027 WWE Royal Rumble is believed to be set for the weekend of February 6, according to Fightful Select. The date has not been announced by WWE, and it would put the Rumble on the same weekend as AEW Dynasty.

Sean Ross Sapp reported for Fightful that the people Fightful Select spoke to "reiterated that they believe the Royal Rumble will be the weekend of February 6." WWE has previously confirmed State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona as the venue and February 2027 as the timeframe for the show.

411Mania, passing along the Fightful Select report, described the expected weekend as falling "between the NFL Conference Championship and the Super Bowl, neither of which WWE would want to go head-to-head against." 411Mania also noted that the event is part of a multi-year collaboration involving TKO, the Arizona Sports & Events Alliance and Legends Global.

AEW has made its own plans official. The company announced that AEW Dynasty will take place on Sunday, February 7, 2027, at M&S Bank Arena in Liverpool, England. AEW described it as its first event in Liverpool and the first AEW pay-per-view in the United Kingdom outside London. AEW Dynamite will follow on Wednesday, February 10, at The O2 in London, its first Dynamite broadcast from the city.

The two shows would land on the same weekend, but not the same day: the Royal Rumble date reported by Fightful is Saturday, February 6, a day before AEW Dynasty on Sunday, February 7. Fightful's report is based on sources and is not a WWE announcement, and WWE has not said when it will make the exact date official.

For now, the Royal Rumble has a venue and a February 2027 window from WWE, a reported target of the weekend of February 6, and no official date.
