Je'Von Evans went through the roof of an ambulance during the men's Money in the Bank ladder match on October 10 in New Orleans, and Triple H said afterward that Evans was with medical. Bron Breakker pushed Evans off a ladder to send him through it, Fightful reported.

The spot came in a match that also included CM Punk, Kevin Owens, Trick Williams and Penta. Earlier in the match, Breakker speared Evans through the ringside barricade. Fightful reported that Evans was stretched out and loaded into an ambulance, then came back by driving the ambulance to ringside and attacking Breakker. Penta went on to win the match.

Fightful said Breakker was standing atop a 15 foot ladder when he pushed Evans off, sending him crashing through the roof of the ambulance. Sacnilk described the spot the same way, noting that it followed the spear through the barricade. Evans is 22. WrestlingInc reported that the ladder match was the closing bout of the show and that Penta's win earned him a world title match valid for one year.

Triple H spoke to Cathy Kelley on the official Money in the Bank post-show. According to Sacnilk, he said: "He is with medical right now. I am hoping for the best. I've never seen anything like that in my life." He added: "His ability to be bouncy was tested tonight."

Triple H did not name an injury or give a diagnosis in that interview, Sacnilk reported. WWE has not announced a diagnosis or a timetable for Evans' return.

As it stands, Evans' condition has not been updated beyond Triple H's comments on the post-show.
